PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an order, kindly send your purchase order to firstname.lastname@example.org and state the following details.
Product Code / Colour / Quantity / Delivery Details / Any other information
If you would like to discuss a custom design, please contact us at email@example.com. The more specific you are the better! Once we have received your email, the ARC Lighting team will get back to you as soon as possible
If you are not on account our sales department will send you a pro forma invoice for payment before manufacturing will commence.
We offer a 2.5% discount to customers on account who settle within 30 days from statement. If you would like to open an account please fill in our credit application and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
CUSTOMER LEAD TIME
Our production lead time varies for different luminaires that we manufacture, but please allow for a general three (3) week manufacturing lead time. Lead times for custom orders can differ and will be confirmed when we submit a final estimate and design to the client. Please call our factory to follow up on the progress of your order and the estimated delivery date and time.
We can deliver and ship internationally. Our products are expertly packaged and insured so that you can be confident your items will arrive in perfect condition. Due to our volume, we receive very competitive rates from the couriers we use and this savings we pass onto the customer. Since rates are based on volume and weight, please call or email us for a transportation quotation.
We offer a one year warranty period to repair or replace any defective goods. Kindly email us all details including an image of the defective item. Once we have assessed the defective product, we arrange to collect the item at no charge. We will replace the defected product free of charge or issue a monetary refund for the purchase price of the product. Please package the product that you are returning in suitable packaing for returning the product to prevent damanage while in transist. Our courier reserves the right to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.
The following will not be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to return/refund:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product;
- Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- Damage resulting from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
- Damage caused by a failure to care for the product adequately;
- Damage resulting from alterations to the product; and where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
